RULES FOR CLEANING THE CAR INTERIOR
BEFORE USING THE SERVICE, THE FOLLOWING IS MANDATORY:
All passengers and the driver must get out of the car, remove their belongings, and take their pets with them;
Inform the employee about the trim parts, which must be cleaned with a special wipe according to the manufacturer's recommendations. This may include soft material trims, screens, and other non-standard surfaces. Surfaces requiring special care will not be cleaned. If the client fails to provide the information on such surfaces, the responsibility for any damage to such surfaces shall be borne by the vehicle owner;
make sure that no small objects (coins, wireless earphones, keys, gate remotes, etc.) which could be sucked in are left in the car. We are not responsible for items that have been sucked in.
INFORMATION ON CLEANING THE CAR INTERIOR:the exterior of the car shall not be additionally cleaned or dried, any dirt on the exterior of the car will be washed off at the Express tunnel car wash before the interior is cleaned;
car mat cleaning: fabric mats are dry-cleaned in a mat cleaning machine; rubber mats are washed with water and dried with a high-pressure air jet. Rubber mats may remain damp after cleaning; mats of non-standard sizes and shapes (thick, high-edged, hard, and curved, with plastic fixings, metal parts, etc.) are only partially cleaned (by wiping but not rinsing).
water and foam residues are cleaned from the car's door opening (after opening the door/boot). If there is any dirt (clay, soil, sand, etc.) accumulated on the outside of the car's running board or on the sills, such dirt shall not be cleaned in the interior cleaning room. After the cleaning of the interior, the client may ask the tunnel wash staff to have the exterior of the car rewashed;
high-pressure air jet for hard-to-reach cavities of the car. If the dirt is ingrained, dried, or trapped in the car structure and cannot be removed by the high-pressure air jet, it is considered that deep/chemical cleaning is required to remove this dirt;
dirt and dust will be removed from all surfaces of the car interior and the boot. If the dirt is ingrained and requires special tools (brushes, scrapers, special chemicals, etc.) to remove it, it is considered that deep/chemical cleaning is required to remove this dirt;
the inside of the windows will be cleaned. Where the vehicle design does not allow cleaning of the edges of the glass, only the main area of the vehicle glass will be cleaned. The service does not include cleaning the rear window of sedan body types. The outside of the windows is not cleaned as it is washed in a tunnel car wash;
all fabric surfaces and seats will be vacuumed. Other surfaces will be wiped with cloths. Due to the design of the car, some areas of the car such as the gaps between the seat rails and the door pillars/centre console or the areas around the pedals and the running board may only be partially cleaned. Please note that animal hair, tree thorns, sawdust, sand, metal shavings, and other fine dirt embedded in the fabric surfaces of the car interior may only be partially cleaned. If the above-mentioned dirt is not completely removed, the car interior will not be re-cleaned;
Claims for the quality of the interior cleaning will not be accepted in the case of persistent food stains, such as: spilled liquids, stuck chewing gum, candy, chocolate, and other stains of similar origin. Stickers, sticker residue, paint, and other stains that may damage the car's surfaces during cleaning will not be cleaned;
we recommend that the quality of the service provided is assessed at the time of accepting the car, so that the car can be inspected more quickly, and the claim resolved more efficiently. In the event of any complaints about the quality of the work performed, the client must inform the staff. If complaints are justified, the staff will rectify the defects on the spot. If the car needs to be re-cleaned, the customer must re-enter the cleaning tunnel without interrupting the car cleaning process.
